The classic gray Pee Wee suit with white lesuire shoes
The "damn, I just got busted in Florida" look. Easy to do! Tee-shirt, long hair and a Sarasota County prisoner ID card (simple to fashion using office supplies stolen from work, or printed from your PC)

Other Pee Wee related costumes are encourage. Feel free to come as your favorite Playhouse character, such as the lovely Miss Yvonne, shown above.
Your basic flasher costume, augmented with a homemade police mugshot card.

These are just a few suggestions. Feel free to be imaginative. Also, an easy (and cheap) way to PeeWee-ificate yourself is to cut a bow tie out of red construction paper, tape or pin it to the collar of a white shirt, and slick your hair back. Done!
